Privacy Notice
This notice explains how iWi & Co. OÜ handles personal data in connection with this website. It does not cover the publishing platforms on which our work appears — Substack, YouTube, X — each of which operates under its own privacy policy. If you read or watch us there, those policies govern that activity.
What this site collects
This is a static informational site. We do not run web analytics, advertising trackers, fingerprinting, session recording, or any other behavioural measurement. We do not place cookies. We do not require accounts, registration, or sign-in to read the page.
When your browser requests this page, our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) keeps standard server logs — IP address, request time, requested URL, response status, user-agent string — for security, abuse prevention, and operational purposes. Logs are retained for short periods and are not used to construct visitor profiles. Netlify's own privacy policy applies to that processing; it is available at netlify.com/privacy.
Third-party content
The page loads typeface files from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches those fonts, it makes a request directly to Google's servers, and Google may log the request under its own policies. The fonts are not loaded with cookies, and we receive no information from Google in return. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Outbound links from this site to our publishing platforms (Substack, YouTube), to the principals' personal accounts on X, and to the principals' separate firms (Hanse Digital Access, Blue Skies Executive Partners) are provided as references. Visiting any of those destinations places you under that destination's privacy policy, not this one.
If you contact us
If you write to contact@iwi.ee, we receive the contents of your email, your email address, and any metadata your mail provider attaches. We use that information to reply, and we retain it as long as the matter to which it relates remains live, plus a reasonable period for record-keeping. We do not use email correspondence to build marketing lists, and we do not pass it to third parties without your consent unless legally compelled to do so.
Legal basis for processing
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) applies, the legal basis for the limited processing described above is our legitimate interest in operating this website (Article 6(1)(f)) — securing the service, responding to enquiries — and your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) where you initiate contact.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Estonian data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, and delete personal data we hold about you, to object to processing, to receive your data in a portable form, and to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee). To exercise any of these rights, write to us at contact@iwi.ee.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
